Oluwabusuyi Adonis Fakanlu is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Comfort Architectural Finishing Limited (Nigeria) and CAF Universal LLC (USA), a full-service built environment firm specializing in architecture, construction, and real estate development. With over two decades of industry experience, he has successfully led teams through every stage of project delivery — from planning and design to construction and post-construction management.
Under his leadership, CAF has consistently delivered high-quality, eco-friendly, energy-efficient, and sustainable projects that not only transform spaces but also create long-term value for clients and the communities they serve. His passion lies in ensuring that every project contributes to the preservation and growth of generational wealth while upholding global standards of sustainability and innovation.
Oluwabusuyi holds an MSc in Project Management from the University of Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom, a Certificate in the Owner Manager Programme from Lagos Business School, and a Higher National Diploma in Architecture from Osun State College of Technology, Nigeria.
He is a recognized thought leader and an active member of several prestigious professional bodies, including the Forbes Business Council, American Institute of Architects (AIA), Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA), Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists UK (CIAT), Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Federation of Construction Industry of Nigeria (FOCI), and the Green Building Council of Nigeria (GBCN). In addition, he is a licensed Real Estate Practitioner in Texas and a member of the National Association of Realtors (USA).
Beyond his professional roles, Adonis is committed to youth development and leadership. He serves as a Junior Chamber International (JCI) Nigeria Ambassador and as the Chairman of the Advisory Board for the Young Entrepreneurs International Summit (40Under40 Innovations). His contributions to the industry have been recognized with multiple awards for excellence, innovation, and leadership.
